@rswhea01 Hello. Sorry for the delay in answering. Thanks for inquiring. Armpit to armpit is 21.5” (43” around). Waist is 36” around. Yes it has to be dry cleaned as it’s fully lined (jacket and skirt).

@bahhhgainhunta Hello. I think it’s tab and black but it looks brown because of the close knit of the pattern. Depending on lighting it can go both ways. The patch on the shoulder is brown and lining is a gold/copper color. I added a close up pic of the tweed
