Women’s tall boots size 12w

3 buckle grey boots. I bought them because i thought they were a size 11 but i noticed they were too big. It’s because on the bottom of one is marked 11w but the inside of that boot is a size 12w (both of them are marked 12w the inside) i attempted to wear these one time.
