This top is designed to be comfy, with jeans or short or dress pants. V-neck with extra pleat in the front and tiny gatherings in the back too. This top has been tried on but never worn. Measurements are 22 with no stretch, and 28 long from shoulder to hem and one inch longer in the back. It's blue and white, so perfect for almost the entire year!
