Women's turtleneck dress

-Never worn -This dress is cut very small. There is very little stretch in the neck area or in the sleeves. I bought it so long ago, but it was entirely too small so I never wore it. It is either a girls dress or it is made for a very petite body type. -The print at the bottom is beauiful in person and feels very silky against the skin. -no rips or stains -ruching/stretching on each side of turtleneck -Purchased at Dillards 100% polyester
