branmuffin739 @diane88 Hi, the waistband is elastic, though I wouldn't say the leggings are stretchy, in terms of possibly fitting another size. The color is most accurate in the close-up photos-- a really pretty royal blue. Sorry, no modeling photos because they don't fit me or anyone I know, but I can try my best to get better photos, if needed.
