Women's velvet shirt

Beautiful blue viscose velvet cropped shirt. The velvet has a pattern sewn into it. Ruffled V neckline. Sleeves are long, crinkle guaze like viscose fabric, and bell shaped at the end. Back of shirt is also Ties on sides. This shirt looks great dressed up for an event or dressed down with jeans. 100% viscose fabric. Tag reads "free size", but I opinion is it fits like a size M.
