Women's vintage Sheri Martin NY black velvet-like dress jacket 12 42" chest

Super nice black velvet-like feel women's dress jacket. 97% polyester & 3% spandex. Size 12. 42" chest and measures 27" from shoulder to bottom of jacket. Has shoulder pads.
