Women's vintage dress

I acquired about 6 vintage dresses from a woman who lived in Rochester NY ..story was she kept buying dresses and would fantasize about wearing but never did. The dress above is brown with little pink orange and purple flowers. The size says 13 but it's vintage as is the sizing😀 I put on so you can see and I'm a size 6. The tag inside does not say the material but it feels like polyester and perhaps a bit of Lycra as it's got some stretch to it
