Women’s wedges

I have a brand new pair of women’s TOM wedges. They have never been worn out, only tried on. I’m guessing from storage there became toe “scuff” it’s shows in the pics. It’s on the left side of both shoes. It may come off, I haven’t tried- don’t want to ruin. When wearing them it’s very unnoticeable. These are women’s size 8.5.
