Straight white skirt with hand painted accents. White denim blend. Forever 21. Size small. Found in the women’s department. Bought new with tags then the tags fell off as I was working on it! Please see pics for measurements. 26 inch waist and slim fit through the hips. Working buttons. Has no fabric tag but feels like a 60/40 cotton denim with a little bit of stretch.
