Womens white lace v-neck XL.

This is a brand new shirt, and I bought it at Catos online. It is a womens embroidery v-neck white t-shirt in XL. I thought it would fit, but it was a tad too big. I am sure once it is washed, it will shrink. I tried it on after taking the tags off and the material is a cotton/spandex feel. Smoke-free and animal free home. Feel free to make an offer. Thanks!
