Women’s wide leg ruffle pants, Size L

Women’s wide leg, ruffle, all elastic waist, front decorative tie, navy and white striped pants. These pants definitely give the nautical vibe! The material is almost a windbreaker type, non stretchy material. Tag shows 3X, but that size is not an American size, measurements align with a Large, or possibly an XL for a non curvy gal (see measurements to determine if these pants will fit before purchasing). I included an extra measurement for the widest part of hips/seat of pants laying flat is approximately 24”. Such a beautiful pair of pants! Never worn, came in a bag without tags, or they would have still been attached. From a smoke free home. Bundle two or more items and save!
