Women’s windbreaker pullover

Local Boutique purchase. Womens pullover, 1/4 zip with hood and elastic sleeve/waistband. It has a similar feel to windbreaker material, but is softer and doesn’t have that noise windbreakers do. I LOVE this but also hardly wear it.
