Women’s woven wool coat from Ireland size M blue teal purple stripe

This pretty coat is from my late mother’s cedar closet collection. It is 100% new Irish wool with a viscose lining. Banded sleeve cuffs and waist. Middle buttons have a hidden button placket. Collar appears to be funnel type. Nice vertical pleat detail hides front slash pockets. Label indicates size medium, but it is unknown if it is American or European sizing.
