Pretty soft top/blouse with ruffle bodice and handkerchief hem by Blu Pepper. Pretty fall colors. Wear alone in warmer temps or layer under a sweater or blazer for a dressier look. Soft 100% rayon. Size M but I think it runs on the smaller side. EUC. Rarely worn.
