Like New. These were the best pants Jos A Bank ever made for winter wear. They are wool and Cashmere and warm. The Executive collection is 96%wool and 4% Cashmere. These have a much higher percentage of cashmere. You can tell by the luxurious feel of the cloth. I did not wear them much as I was not at that waist size for long. I have a pair of Navy and Olive Executive Collection listed as well, same size. They go great with sweaters or a sportcoat.
