This brimmed newsboy style hat is in thick wool with horizontal pleats and an ornamental buckle for added interest. It is slightly elasticized around the band. Made in Canada and bought new from a local boutique, it's hardly been worn and comes from my smoke (of all kinds) free, fragrance free, pet free, well-kept household.
