Beautiful button-down herringbone, patchwork look, plaid, wool vest in grays, blues, red burgandy, brown, and gold.
The size on the tag is 14, but as usual, Vintage runs smaller. I wear a 10/12 or large usually, and this fits me well. Please use measurements to gauge whether it would fit you.

What would the waist measurement be

@wendy_roesler laid flat it's pretty much straight down from where the measurement for armpit to armpit is, so 19". there's a belt in the back to cinch the waist.
