It's a wool blend (30%) so not too hot or itchy. Button with cap sleeves that are gathered with a small version on the big button and belt. Bodice has a precious flower with three rhinestones. Bought it for work but a bit too tight. Says 12 but fits like an 8 so I'm putting medium as the size. Really precious. iPhone pics don't do it justice!!!
