Wool tweed ruffled skirt

Wool tweed pencil skirt with asymmetrical ruffles on the bottom, high waisted. Tweed weave has tan, black, brown, cream, and goldenrod in it. Pairs with neutrals and earth tones. Fully lined in tan-gold smooth lining. Small stain on the front (see photo) Boutique brand from the Netherlands called "The Barn."
