This beautiful black completer piece from MM Lafleur has subtle shoulder pads that can easily be removed. It is a stretchy knit that resist wrinkles and feels substantial. Having recently retired, I am no longer in need of this piece. It is in nearly new condition. Back length approximately 23 1/4” from the seam at the neck to the bottom of the garment, sleeve 22 1/4”approximately.
