Tag size 6-12 months. Our daughter wore until she was 18-20 months. A few light stains but otherwise in excellent condition. Haven’t tried to remove the stains as I didn’t want to damage the fabric. Not washed in wool safe detergent. Nontoxic. We loved these as a base layer in the winter and on camp trips. Excellent product. 100% wool and soft
