Dark blue lightweight polyester spandex woven shell jacket with stretch! Zip up closure, three exterior pockets with zipper closures, four spots that could be used as interior pockets, elastic band at cuffs, and adjustable elastic drawstring at waist. Great for a lighter outside jacket for layering to provide a bit of protection from wet conditions.
