Waist is 42/43 inches, rise is 10.5 inches and the inseam is 21 inches. 2 back pockets, 2 front pockets, 2 leg pockets, zipper/button closure, cinched at the bottom of leg. Cotton/nylon blend. Tag says 14, but I sized on the waist measurement. Machine washable. Very good condition, no flaws.
