Which waist measurement do you think these would best fit? I know woolx modified the sizing at some point. What condition are they in, any pilling? Thanks!

@coxing The waistband is stretchy, so you've got some wiggle room with your waist measurements vs. the garments (about 28.5"). I do not notice any pilling - it is nice thick wool compared to other brands I have. These were very comfy while they fit!
