@sheareisel they come down to the bottom of the butt, my mom/ dad never let me out the house if my cheeks were showing and they let me wear these to school, so i would say not cheeky, but it may depend on who wears them.

and they are very stretchy, i’m more of a size 6 / 28 now and i was able to put the shorts on, but they were tight. the waist is a good size and will hold up

lastly, they are a medium wash, med/high waisted
the front has rips on both pocket areas, fringe at the bottom. this pair was my most favorite pair, when i still fit in them! little slits on the bottom sides, back just a tad longer than the front. all belt loops are in tact, button and zipper in good condition too!
