@tatyana138 awesome! The app is called Body by Rachel. It’s got a black background with the symbol of a chevron. There are 17 weeks included. Each week has each day’s workouts mapped out for everyday. I do each workout for three weeks then move to the following cycle. There is space to track your weights you utilize and make notes on progress. Each movement also has a short video clip to demo the move. I’m on insta at jeeplady77 if you want to reach out:)
