This is the perfect workplace dress for any office or school. Can be worn through all seasons, just add some tights and a cute cardigan when it gets chilly. The top has a ruffle design that draws the eye in, which I found flattering. The upper portion is a sheer material with a build in cami-like top underneath. Structured skirt and belt help keep you look clean and put together. Fully lined. Hem is out on one side but could be easily fixed with a few quick stitches. See pictures.
