World Market | Cream high-low tunic dress

Purchased at Cost Plus World Market. Size S/M (fits me and I am about a size 6/8). Tunic dress is cream with pretty gold detailing at the neckline, subtle stitched detailing on entire dress, and a ruffle high-low hemline at the bottom. Full-length slip with adjustable straps attached to interior. Garment has been tried on but never worn out, like new condition.
