Worn Once! CeCe Top

CeCe short-sleeved shirt. Size M. Black with baby blue & white floral sleeves. A little bit of volume to the sleeves, but it’s a lightweight fabric so it lays nice and flat. Very flattering. Stretchy fabric. Wore once for an event, but that’s it, so it’s basically brand new.
