👗*Worn Once*. Giani Bini Sequined Dress👗

We’ve had some serious discussions on whether it’s blue or black.. honestly, I still don’t know... totally depends on the lighting.. Worn once to an event. The top has a silk bottom and a shear overlay and the attached skirt has just the right amount of sparkle. There isn’t one bead missing. Side zipper as shown in picture. I clearly need to do my nails... 😳
