b16cordova @nailiw Hi, I didn’t noticed any issues with the wallet.Poshmark’s gives the buyer up to 3 days to return the item if the buyer is not happy. I see it has been more than three days since the item was received.

nailiw @b16cordova yes, as it was my first time purchasing anything of a significant amount, I didn’t think I would have to consider returning. Are there any options at this point? I’m pretty disappointed and would be open to what the options are for this purchase.

nailiw @b16cordova there aren’t any issues with the wallet, there’s an issue with the zipper. The zipper does not zip, it is constantly catching, I’ve had to leave my zipper open all day to use it while out. It’s totally impractical.
