tmpc Hello: Please let me know if the smocking is just for the bust or does it go down to the waist? Also the pit to pit measurements and how far it stretches? Thank you.

french_accents @tmpc Hi, I added 5 pictures, some with measurements . It stretches to 22in. Whether the smocking covers only the bust or also reaches the waist might depend on how flat the chest is... I bought this dress in Bali, wore it only once and then forgot it in my closet -now I am too large for it unfortunately. It is super light and very easy to throw in a small bag as a cover to go from beach to town! It is also 100% silk.
