skhutto @srshepard Hi! The waist measures 25” but has elastic in the back so it has some give. The skirt is 42”.

skhutto @srshepard oops! Forgot to state earlier that the skirt is not lined. I had the top taken up slightly in the bust and shortened about a quarter inch in the skirt.
