Worthington Sheer Black and White 3/4 Sleeve Blouse size XL

This blouse is almost see through. There is a zipper at the back of the neck. There are also tiny loops on each side of the waist. I’m not sure if this originally had a belt. Armpit to armpit measurement is 21 inches. Length from top of shoulder measures 25 inches.
