Worthington Teal Blue Blouse size Small, fits Medium

This is a very flattering top, fabric does have a little stretch and there is some room in the hip. I think it fits more like a medium or large. My dress form is a size 10/12 and has a 40 inch chest for reference, so a large or XL fits it more comfortably.
