Worthington size 14 formal dress with soft lace sleeves and velvet ribbon collar

The collar comes up to the neck and is tightened with a velvet strap. The zipper goes down the back. The lack is soft and forgiving and has more velvet ties around the 3/4 sleeves. The black “dress” portion has structure and is super flattering! I ship in 1-2 days.
