Worthington wrap blouse

100% polyester wrap blouse. Wear over a cami. Ties inside and outside. Has slight flair look below the tie. Super flattering. The sleeves are fitted 3/4 length but have a flare detail with a second layer of fabrics. No picks, ties are intact with no loosening, no fading in color. Wore a couple of times. Can dress it up or wear with jeans. Cute.
