Woven Off-The-Shoulder Button Up Blouse

A woven off the shoulder top purchased online at Forever 21. A play on a standard button up just unbuttoned sitting off the shoulders with two spaghetti straps. This shirt is a standard size small, my only issue being it is made for someone with smaller than size C/D cup breasts as it is way too tight on top.
