Woven tweed / herringbone cape jacket with arm slits

This is a beautiful classic design cape lined in bright red satin. It has a mandarin style color and buttons down the front. Fabric is woven out of black, grey, red and white fibers - from a distance it looks grayish brown. Arm slits allow ease of movement while wearing. It would look so elegant styled over a black turtleneck. Fabric is mid weight- not super heavy but thick enough to provide some warmth. There is no material tag.
