Wrangler high-rise flare/trouser jeans

originally appear to have been 29x32 but run small. Snap and zipper closure. Classic W stitching on back pockets and Wrangler patch. Great quality jeans without stains or damage, just run too small for me! Measurements in photos, unsure if these would be considered flare or trouser leg opening.
