Wrap skirt. Plus size 22/24. Striped patterned, blue hues. Front button closure. One interior button (clear button) and one exterior button (blue button). Material content is 80% Rayon 20% Linen. Dry clean only. Made in USA. Approximate measurements: length (front & back center) is 32-1/4”. Hips 22-1/4”. Waist 22-1/4”. Brand: Stefano Worldwide. Skirt has been stored in a closet folded in a half in a stack of other clothes for a number of years. Unknown if factory hemmed or home hemmed. It is an extremely good looking whip stitch.
