Wrap Top

This cute as heck wrap too has never been worn! It’s gives me Dorothy vibes in the best way! It is sized as a large but can definitely be worn by someone smaller because of the ties! There is a small tie on the inside and then the large tie on the outside- kind of like how a bath robe ties up! I love this top I just could never quite get the right outfit put together but I know that with the right home she will thrive haha!
