Wrap dress

Cream and blues wrap ruffle dress. Ties on the inside as well as the outside. Has a v neck with a v in the back also but has a strap to from shoulder blade to shoulder blade to keep it up. It has ruffle sleeves and elastic in the waist where it ties do you could blouse it if wanted. There is a ruffle at the bottom and has a v where the sides of the wrap comes together. In perfect condition worn once. Size Large. It is not a maxi but depending on height it could be. More at the calf’s and a little longer in the back with the ruffle.
