marilynschuman @tisket Hi, sorry I missed your question. This skirt has a 30” waist when all the snaps are covered. However it still wraps nicely when some rows of bottom snaps are uncovered. It can easily go up to 36” waist. If you are interested I will drop price by $5.00 and post additional pics to explain how snaps work. Thanks!
