Wrap skirt with pockets

counterparts skirt with 13 in waist and 32 1/2 in long. * reads size 10 but measures size 4. * navy blue with flowers. reposhing this. I absolutely love the style but it's way to small for me as I'm an actual size 10. this skirt is absolutely adorable and it has pockets.
