Wrap-around polka dot blouse

Heartbroken that I didn’t get to wear this top when it still fit me. Purchased in 2018 and still has the tag on. I think I got it at Forever 21 online when they would sell much cooler and unique items then. The material does not have stretch but as you can tell, the wrap around material is QUITE long so there is room to adjust it plenty. The upper part of the sleeves near the shoulders do have some stretch but that’s mainly to keep the sleeves in place.
