in very good condition I could not find anything wrong with this skirt. no holes no stains feels like silk but is made of polyester ties on the side has 2 layers, top layer and a sheer under layer reminds me of something from the 80's or 70's abstract pattern light weight size medium waist measurment is 14.5 inches height is 22 inches across bottom length is 29 inches
