Wratherproof 32 mens coat size M

Very loved coat in a very decent condition. This coat is $100+ brand new. The coat has a rip in the seam on the left side pocket but it is an easy fix as it is less of a rip but more of an opening from the seam. The coat has usual wear stains around the waist and hands area but should be easily washable. We did not want to wash it since the seam hole is open just to not ruin the inside. If I could sew, I would fix it.
