Wtoo 952i ocean size 10

WTOO style 952i In color ocean (mint) is a tulle ruched sweetheart strapless neck line in the front front and straight across the back going into a V design by waist to show bodice and then a flowy bottom. This dress is a size 10. Please see size chart for measurements. Dress is new with tags attached. Was a sample so may have some pulls but none that I can see. Any other questions please ask.
